Our League is governed by a Little League Constitution.  This Constitution is created and approved by the Membership at the beginning of each fiscal year, and contains the rules by which the Board of Directors must adhere in running the League.  Our Constitution covers our league Objectives, definitions for Membership and their roles, definitions of the Director positions and their roles, and the location of any League funds.  You can download this year's Constitution here.
